Council awards Central Corridor LRT construction contract

Council awards $1.3 million for brownfield cleanup

Eight redevelopment projects in Minneapolis and St. Paul will receive Livable Communities funds to help clean up 27 acres, create or retain jobs, increase the tax base and promote private investment. Find out more about the redevelopment projects.

The latest illustrated plans show the location of stations, pedestrian crossings, traffic signals and sidewalks and the tentative locations of on-street parking that will remain after the Central Corridor LRT line is built. See the CCLRT plans.

Northstar ramps up service to Twins games in June, July and August

Southwest Corridor gets green light

The 14-mile corridor between Minneapolis and Eden Prairie is on track to become the region’s third light rail line.  The Council approved LRT on the alignment recommended by Hennepin County.
